Course Location: Unless otherwise stated, all courses are held at 875 Hamilton Road, London
(the course with the '*' is being held in Glencoe and the one with '**' is being held in Dorchester - please enquire for details)
Course Time: 8:30am to 4:30pm
Course Cost: $100.00

moving a person in a wilderness environment

Required by WSIB for companies with 5 or less employees. Also recommended for the general public who want an understanding of urban first aid focusing on life threatening emergencies.

Course length is approximately 8 hours which is usually 1 - 8 hr session but can also be done as 2 - 4 hr sessions depending on the needs of the client.

Certification: Red Cross Emergency First Aid, AED & Level 'C' CPR. Valid for 3 years. This course meets or exceeds WSIB requirements for workplace First Aid Training.

STEP 1) Payment options:

 

NOTE: Payment must be received at least 2 business days before the course. Late payments subject to $20.00 late payment fee. Click HERE to see our cancellation/re-scheduling policy.

1) Cash or cheque. Payment can be mailed/delivered to: LMac Community CPR, 77 Coldstream Cr, London, ON, N5W 1T5  

 

2) Credit Card (Visa, M/C, American Express), paid via PayPal (link below), you don't need to have a PayPal account. Just click on 'Pay with Credit Card or Visa Debit' at the bottom left of the PayPal page.

   

3) E-Transfer (email transfer). To pay by e-Transfer, please send the payment to: Laura@LMac-CPR.ca and use lmaccpr (all lower case) for the answer to the security question/password.

4) Corporate customers only, choose 'corporate' on the online registration form and your company will be invoiced (must be pre-approved).
