Wilderness First Aid

These courses prepare individuals to provide care to an injured person for over 24 hours & focuses on people who:
‣ Professionally or personally lead groups in wilderness or remote areas
‣ Take extended trips into the wilderness or enjoy spending time in remote locations
‣ Travel in areas where help is hours away
‣ Recreate within wilderness and remote areas for leisure

They cover all the components of Standard First Aid & Remote First Aid plus both additional information and new topics applicable to a wilderness environment.

REMOTE FIRST AID to WILDERNESS FIRST AID BRIDGE COURSE with Level C CPR & AED:

Course Location: 875 Hamilton Road, London (unless othewise indicated)
Course Time: 8:00am to 6:00pm plus pre-course assignment
Course Cost: $250.00

Recommended for people who are in charge of groups (professionally or personally) in a wilderness or remote setting. Also for anyone who works or plays where they may be more than 3 hours from organized health care or challenging environments. Builds upon the skills & knowledge you received in the Remote First Aid course. You must be able to provide proof of current Canadian Red Cross, Remote First Aid certification.

2) Credit Card (Visa, M/C, American Express) paid via PayPal (link below), you don't need to have a PayPal account. Just click on 'Pay with Credit Card or Visa Debit' at the bottom left of the PayPal page. Please note, we have increased our PayPal pricing to cover their charges to us - increase is 2.9% plus 30 cents per transaction.

4) Corporate customers only, choose 'corporate' on the online registration form and your company will be invoiced (must be pre-approved)
