Course Time: 20+hrs
Course Cost: $250.00

This course prepares individuals to provide care to an injured person for up to 24 hours & focuses on people who:
‣ Take day trips into the wilderness or enjoy spending time in remote locations
‣ Travel in areas where help is hours away
‣ Recreate within wilderness and remote areas for leisure

It covers most of the components of Standard First Aid as well as many additional topics related to wilderness and remote areas.

Course length is at least 20 hours with at least 25% taught in an outdoor setting.

STEP 1) Payment options:

1) E-Transfer (email transfer). Please send the payment to: Laura@LMac-CPR.ca and use LMacCPR for the answer to the security question/password.

2) Credit Card (Visa, M/C, American Express) paid via PayPal (link below), you don't need to have a PayPal account. Just click on 'Pay with Credit Card or Visa Debit' at the bottom left of the PayPal page. Please note, we have increased our PayPal pricing to cover their charges to us - increase is 2.9% plus 30 cents per transaction.

4) Corporate customers only, choose 'corporate' on the online registration form and your company will be invoiced (must be pre-approved)

This course recertifies individuals who have successfully completed a Canadian Red Cross, Wilderness and Remote First Aid course within the previous 3 years.

It will refresh participants on the theory and practical skills they learned on their previous RFA course.
